Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini has officially passed the FCC test today, which means it’s now ready to be shipped anytime! However, it is also confirmed that the Galaxy S3 Mini will not be shipping with the 4G LTE radio, which is another drawback for the device apart from it’s weak specifications.
