The Verizon version of the Samsung Galaxy S5 Developer Edition is now available for purchase from Samsung online store starting today. The device is currently available only in charcoal black color and is up for grab at a price of $599 outright. At the moment, the Galaxy S5 Developer Edition is exclusive only to Verizon so you’ll not be able to purchase it if you’re from any other carriers.
Just in case you do not know, the only different between the Galaxy S5 Developer Edition and the original variant is that the Developer Edition comes with an unlocked bootloader – which makes it much easier for users to install custom ROMs and etc. Other than that, they have similar spec sheet and design.
