Samsung to launch Galaxy Fold on November 8 in China

Samsung Galaxy Fold has been in the database of China’s TENAA authority since quite a few days. The South Korean company hadn’t confirmed on its arrival date for China. Today, the company has confirmed that the Galaxy Fold will be made official in China on Nov. 8. The South Korean tech giant may also unleash the Samsung W20 clamshell foldable phone at the same event.

The above shown teaser confirms the Nov. 8 launch date for China. It goes without saying that the country will be getting the redesigned and enhanced Galaxy Fold since the early units that were sent out to reviewers had some issues with the design. Hopefully, the country will be provided the 5G enabled version of the Galaxy Fold.

The Galaxy Fold has a cover AMOLED display of 4.6 inches and an inner flexible AMOLED display of 7.3 inches. The Snapdragon 855 SoC powers it along with up 12 GB of RAM. The device has as many as 6 cameras. The cover display has a 10-megapixel selfie camera. The 10-megapixel + 8-megapixel cameras can be accessed when the device is opened. The rear side of the device has 12-megapixel + 12-megapixel + 16-megapixel triple camera system. The device is backed by a 4235mAh battery. It comes with up to 512 GB of storage.
