For starter, the Sharp AQUOS V6 duo feature a 6.5” IPS LCD display which offers a HD+ screen resolution and a standard refresh rate of 60Hz. Likewise, both devices also share a similar 8 megapixels front-facing camera for handling selfie and video calls.

In the imaging department, both models feature a triple-cam system on the rear side. While the ”Plus” model gets a 50 megapixels main camera, the vanilla AQUOS V6 settles with a 13 megapixels main camera instead. Other than that, both models share the identical 2 megapixels macro and depth sensors.

Under the hood, the Sharp AQUOS V6 and V6 Plus are powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 chipset which will be paired with up to 4GB RAM and 64GB built-in storage in the memory department. As usual, it’s storage capacity can still be further expanded via a microSD card.

To keep the lights on, both models are equipped with a respectable 5,000mAh battery that’s capable of supporting long hours of usage. What’s different here is that the AQUOS V6 Plus features a slightly faster 15W charging speed over the 10W charging speed on the vanilla model.

Software-wise, the Sharp AQUOS V6 duo will be shipped with the latest Android 12 OS out of the box. For those who’re interested, the Sharp AQUOS V6 is priced at 1,949,000 Rupiah (US$137) for it’s 3GB+32GB trim, while the AQUOS V6 Plus is priced slightly higher at 2,499,000 Rupiah (US$175) for it’s 4GB+64GB model.
