Time Travel: Here’s our first look at the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A13 5G

After launching the Exynos 850-based Galaxy A12 smartphone, Samsung is reportedly prepping a follow-up model known as the Galaxy A13 5G which was recently spotted on Geekbench recently.

Now, courtesy of reputable leaker Steve Hemmerstoffer (in collaboration with Zouton), we’re now able to have our first look at the device via a series of CAD-based renderings that revealed the phone’s design in full glory.

Just like majority of Samsung’s entry-level smartphones, the upcoming Galaxy A13 5G is expected to feature an Infinity-V display flanked by slim bezels along it’s sides. According to the report published by Zouton, it’s likely to be a 6.48-inch FHD+ IPS LCD screen with an unspecified refresh rate.

At the back of the phone, the Galaxy A13 5G sports a vertically-stacked triple camera array which is said to comprise of a 50 megapixels main camera, 5 megapixels ultra-wide lens, as well as a 2 megapixels depth sensor.

Under the hood, the Galaxy A13 5G is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 700 chipset which is paired with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB onboard storage in the memory department. There is however, no mention whether the phone supports microSD card for storage expansion.

To keep it’s lights on, the phone is likely to draw power from a respectable 5,000mAh battery which supports 25W fast-charging via USB-C 2.0. It is expected to be available in a total of four different colorways including Black, Blue, Red and White.

In the U.S. and Canadian market, the Samsung Galaxy A13 5G is likely to carry a starting price of around US$290.
