OPPO is all set to launch a new mid-ranger smartphone known as the OPPO Reno4 F in the Indonesian market on October 12th. Based on the design of the phone revealed in the earlier teasers, its easy to tell that the Reno4 F will be a rebranded model of the current OPPO F17 Pro.
However, in terms of specs, there is actually some differences between the two devices. According to an official-looking teaser which was spotted on Twitter (via @Sudhanshu1414), the upcoming Reno4 F will be coming with just 18W fast-charging support, instead of the 30W fast-charging on the OPPO F17 Pro.
This suggests that the device is not entirely a copy paste model of the OPPO F17 Pro – and there might be some other differences which have yet to be revealed as well.
Other than unwrapping the charging speed of the OPPO Reno4 F, the same teaser also reaffirmed the existence of an AMOLED display, 4,000mAh battery, as well as a standard 8GB+128GB memory configuration.
At current stage, there still isn’t any official confirmation on its underlying chip, as well as its camera configuration. Hopefully we’ll be able to learn more about them in the coming days.
