Vivo has been teasing on the arrival of the new S series phone called Vivo S5. It is the third phone in the series after the Vivo S1 and Vivo S1 Pro that had gone official earlier this year. Today, the Chinese firm has confirmed that the Vivo S5 will be made official on Nov. 14.
The above shown video only confirms the launch date of the smartphone. Even though the company has been teasing the smartphone since the past few days, it has remained silent on its specs. However, it is being speculated that it could be an upper mid-range phone aimed towards the youth. The handset is expected to arrive in vibrant colors.
The Vivo S5 is expected to sport a unique diamond-shaped quad camera system. on its back. This has been revealed through a promo video that S-series brand ambassador Cai Xukun was spotted with few days ago. The phone seems to be equipped with an in-screen fingerpint reader which suggests that it features an OLED panel. The handset also features a 3.5mm audio jack. The other details of the phone are expected to surface in the coming days.
