Vivo X90, X90 Pro, and X90 Pro+ Battery Sizes Leaked

Vivo is reportedly working on the next-generation X-series phone for China. Rumors are rife that the upcoming X90 lineup will comprise three models: the Vivo X90, the Vivo X90 Pro, and the Vivo X90 Pro+. The key specifications of the X90 Pro and Pro+ models have been leaked recently. Thanks to a new leak from Digital Chat Station, we now know the battery capacities for all three X90 models.

According to the tipster, the Vivo X90 trio will adopt dual-cell battery technology. The X90 will feature 2 x 2,490mAh batteries with a combined rated value of 4,580mAh and a typical value of 4,700mAh.

The X90 Pro will pack 2 x 2,37mAh batteries with a combined size of 4,750mAh rated value and 4,870mAh typical value. The X90 Pro+, which will be the most powerful phone in the X90 family, will house larger 2 x 2,440mAh batteries with a combined rated value of 4,880mAh and a typical value of 5,000mAh.

According to a recent leak by the same tipster, the Vivo X90 Pro+ will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform. The SoC will be accompanied by LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.0 storage. It will sport the latest E6 AMOLED screen with curved edges. The rear camera setup of the phone will house a 1-inch camera sensor and a 64-megapixel telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom. For a better photography experience, the X90 series is expected to feature the Vivo V2 ISP.

The Vivo X90 Pro, on the other hand, has been tipped to feature the E6 AMOLED screen, Snapdragon 8 Gen 2, a 1-inch camera sensor, and 100W charging. There is a possibility that the Vivo X90 Pro or X90 Pro+ or both phones will come in a Dimensity SoC version.
