Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro Plus May Come with 55W Wireless Charging

Multiple reports have revealed that Xiaomi is gearing up to launch a new flagship phone. That handset is expected to arrive as the most powerful member in the Xiaomi Mi 10 series. Hence, it is being dubbed as Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro+. The model number of the device is M2007J1SC. It was spotted with a 120W fast charger in the 3C listing of China last month. Apart from coming with superfast wired charging, the Mi 10 Pro Plus is now rumored to arrive with the fastest wireless charging technology.

Well-known tipster Digital Chat Station from China had hinted on Weibo yesterday that the Mi 10 Pro+ is equipped with the fastest wireless charging. Another tipster has revealed that the Mi 10 Pro+ will come with support for 55W wireless charging technology.

It was revealed yesterday through TUV certification that the Mi 10 Pro+ is equipped with a pair of 2250mAh batteries which means it will offer a combined size of 4,500mAh. It appears that the Mi 10 Pro+ will offer the lowest charging times with 120W ultra-fast wired charging and 55W wireless charging support. However, Xiaomi is yet to officially confirm these specs.

The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro+ could be equipped with he same 6.67-inch curved AMOLED display with punch-hole design like the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. However, it is expected to offer up to 120Hz refresh rate support. The Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro support 90Hz refresh rate.

The Snapdragon 865 or 865+ with 12 GB of RAM could be present under the hood of the Mi 10 Pro+. It could be equipped with a 48-megapixel quad camera setup. It is speculated to include a ultrawide lens with capabilities to capture macro shots and a high optical zoom periscope lens. The handset is likely to carry support for 8K video shooting.
