Xiaomi had recently confirmed that it will be unleashing the Xiaomi Mi 10 series at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2020 tech trade show on Feb. 23 in Barcelona, Spain. Before it happens, Xiaomi will be announcing the Mi 10 series first in China on Feb. 13 through an online launch conference. Over the weekend, Xiaomi started with the reservations of the Xiaomi Mi 10 series through Xiaomi Mall and JD.com. A screenshot of the Xiaomi Mall reveals that the reservations of the Mi 10 series have surpassed 1.5 million.
The 1.5 million reservations with three days remaining for the official launch reveals that there will good demand for the Xiaomi Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro phones in China. The JD listing of the phone reveals that the Mi 10 will be available for purchase at 2 PM (local time).
Shown below is the official poster of the Xiaomi Mi 10 that showcases its design. The Mi 10 will be available in at least two colors like turquoise and gradient red. The poster reveals that the Xiaomi Mi has a curved display with a single punch-hole. The Xiaomi Mi 10 Pro is also expected to feature an identical screen.
The Xiaomi Mi 10 has a quad camera setup with a primary lens of 108-megapixel on its back. The Mi 10 Pro is expected to arrive with an additional camera on its rear. The Mi 10 series will be equipped with an in-screen fingerprint reader.
The Snapdragon 865 mobile platform will power the Mi 10 and Mi 10 Pro. Both phones will have LPDDR5 RAM from Micron and Samsung. The Mi 10 series will also have UFS 3.0 storage and Wi-Fi 6.
