Xiaomi recently stunned the world with their latest Mi Note 10 (Mi CC9 Pro) which has a penta-camera setup comprising of an impressive 108 megapixels main snapper.
Surely, Xiaomi’s smartphone innovations doesn’t just revolve around the rear snapper. Now, there are reports that Xiaomi is currently working on a foldable smartphone which has a pop-up camera that houses 5 selfie cameras.
This came shortly after the company filed a new patent depicting a foldable smartphone with a penta-lens, pop-up camera was discovered on China National Intellectual Property Administration (CNIPA).
As of now, there still isn’t much information on this device. However, we have already seen a working prototype of a dual-folding Xiaomi smartphone, as revealed by Xiaomi’s president Lin Bin earlier this year.
With their current innovations, we wouldn’t we surprise if such device with 5 selfie cameras becomes a reality in the near future. So let’s wait and see!
