iQOO Neo3 3C Cerified; Official Rear Render Appear

The iQOO Neo3 5G smartphone is scheduled to go official on April 23.  A recent leak had revealed that it has a model number of V1981A. The same model number has appeared along with IQOO Neo3 moniker on AnTuTu benchmarks. The handset has now bagged 3C certification ahead of its launch. Also, an official render of the rear side of the phone has been released by the company.

The 3C certification reveals that the V1981A iQOO Neo3 is a 5G-ready smartphone that may ship with a Vivo V4440L0A0 charger that carries support for up to 44W rapid charging. Hence, it is likely that the iQOO Neo3 will arrive with support for 44W fast charging.

Shown above is the official rear render of the iQOO Neo3. It reveals the presence of a triple camera system. Rumors have it that it has a 48-megapixel main lens. The handset seemingly features a side-mounted fingerprint reader.

So far, it is known that the iQOO Neo3 features an IPS LCD panel with punch-hole design. The company has confirmed that it will support up to 144Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 865 mobile platform will be powering the device and it will be equipped with UFS 3.1 storage.

The AnTuTu appearance of the iQOO Neo3 revealed that is loaded with Android 10 OS. The phone includes 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage. A previous leak had revealed that the starting variant of the Neo3 has 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of built-in storage. The AnTuTu listing states that the iQOO Neo3 reached an average benchmarking score of 608K+.

The other details of the iQOO Neo3 are not clear. The Neo3 is expected to house a 4,500mAh battery. Ahead of the April 23 debut, the phone is now up for reservations through the official website in China.
