iQOO Neo3 Appears in Official Teaser Video

iQOO has recently confirmed that it will be announcing its next flagship phone, the iQOO Neo3 on April 23. It is speculated that it may dethrone Redmi K30 Pro to become the cheapest phone powered by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. Also, it will be the first phone from the company to arrive with a punch-hole display. The Chinese firm has released a new teaser video for the iQOO Neo3. It briefly showcases the handset’s punch-hole display.

The iQOO 3 5G that went official in February is the company’s first smartphone to sport a punch-hole screen. Last year, the Chinese firm launched a couple of smartphones in China. All of them featured waterdrop notch screens. Since the iQOO 3 5G came with a punch-hole screen, newer models from the company in this year also expected to sport the same display design.

Rumors surrounding the iQOO Neo3 5G have claimed that it will be also equipped with a punch-hole screen. However, instead of AMOLED screen found on the iQOO 3 5G, the Neo model is said to be equipped with an LCD panel. The Chinese firm has released a video teaser of the Neo3 which briefly reveals the frontside of the device. As it is known, the display of the phone supports 144Hz refresh rate.

iQOO has already confirmed that the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform will be powering the iQOO Neo3. Also, it will be equipped with UFS 3.1 storage. Its other rumored features include 6 GB RAM, 128 GB storage and 48-megapixel quad camera.

The smartphone is now up for reservations in China through official Vivo China website. Rumors have it that it may come with a starting price of 2,998 Yuan ($425). In comparison, the Redmi K30 Pro is available in China for 2,999 Yuan.
