Meizu 17 Pro Bags 3C Certifications; Hints 40W Fast Charging

On April 17, Meizu will be announcing more details on the launch of its upcoming flagship phone – Meizu 17. Reports surrounding the Meizu 17 have revealed that may unleash as many as two flagship phones together. Hence, there is a possibility that the rumored Meizu 17 Pro may also go official with the vanilla Meizu 17. The alleged 17 Pro has bagged 3C certification in China which reveals its existence.

The Meizu 17 that is believed to have the M081Q model number was recently seen at the database of 3C regulatory body of China. The listing had revealed that the Meizu 17 5G could be accompanied by a 30W fast charger.

Another Meizu that has a model number of M091Q has received 3C certification. It is also a 5G-capable phone that is likely to ship with a charger that supports 40W rapid charging. Since the M091Q appears to be more powerful than the Meizu 17 phone, it could be the Meizu 17 Pro handset.

While the rumor mill has revealed plenty of information on the specs of the Meizu 17 Pro, is unclear how it will differ from the vanilla model. So far, it is known that the Meizu 17 as a 6.5=inch punch-hole AMOLED display that supports 90Hz refresh rate. The Snapdragon 865 powered phone could be packed with a 4,500mAh battery.

The rear side of the Meizu 17 will have a horizontal quad camera setup with a 64megapixel main lens. it may come with a starting price of 3,999 Yuan ($567).
