AT&T has resumed rolling out the Android 4.4.2 KitKat update for their Galaxy S4 Active users in the US. This update was initially rolled out during April but was put on hold just a week later as AT&T claimed to be working with Samsung on some improvements for the update.

Below is the new changelogs for the KitKat update:

  • Android 4.4 OS upgrade
  • Copy and paste improvements
  • Easier to insert pictures and videos in email or messages
  • Camera app accessibility from the lock screen
  • Call reliability improvements

You should be able to receive the OTA update notification during the next few days if you’ve yet to receive it. Tell us more about the update once you have it on your device.
