iQOO Z1 appears on Geekbench with Dimensity 1000+ SoC

Ahead of its official unveiling on May 19th, the iQOO Z1 has finally made its appearance on Geekbench along with its performance score and several key specs. This highly anticipated smartphone will be the first in the world to debut with the latest Dimensity 1000+ SoC.

According to the listing, the iQOO Z1 had achieved an impressive score of 784 points and 3,043 points respectively for its single-core and multi-cores performance tests. On the whole, the performance score of the new Dimensity 1000+ is slightly lower than the Kirin 990 5G and Snapdragon 865 SoCs particularly in the multi-cores performance.

Based on the official renders released by iQOO, the upcoming iQOO Z1 will continue to feature a hole-punched display at the front and has a rectangular camera module at the back which houses a total of 3 cameras which is likely to include a main camera, ultra-wide lens, as well as a macro or depth sensor.

According to the recent teasers, the iQOO Z1 will be able to support up to 144Hz screen refresh rate which would offer a buttery-smooth gaming experience for its users. The device had also been confirmed to pack a 4,500mAh battery with 44W fast-charging capability as well.

If rumors are true, then the iQOO Z1 would be coming with a starting price of 2,498 Yuan (US$352) for its 6GB+128GB base model.
