As promised, Asus has begun to roll out the OTA Jelly Bean update for the Asus PadFone 2 which is currently running on Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich. According to FoneArena, this update will carries a build number JRO03L 10.4.33-0 on the Asus PadFone 2.
Since there will be no changes made to the default Asus home-made skin, you cannot really differentiate whether the device is running on Ice Cream Sandwich or Jelly Bean just by looking at the home screen itself. However if you have yet to receive the OTA update on your device, you can go to Settings > About phone > System software updates to manually scan for your Jelly Bean update just in case you’ve been missed out.
