According to the tipster, the OnePlus 15 engineering prototype is equipped with a 6.78-inch flat LTPO OLED display with a 1.5K resolution, custom-made by BOE. This screen adopts a 2.5D design with gently curved edges and large R corners. It also incorporates a LiPo-style ultra-thin bezel layout on all four sides. The display is said to offer improved colour consistency and brightness while significantly reducing power consumption compared to its predecessor.

He added that the OnePlus 15 is expected to include the Plus Key, a customisable side button, which was first seen on the OnePlus 13T / 13S. One of the prototype units has a unique “SuperBlack” colour variant, which has an extremely high light absorption rate.

A recent leak suggests that the OnePlus 15 may feature the company’s in-house imaging brand, which indicates that this could mark the end of its collaboration with Hasselblad. Reports have revealed that the device will have three 50-megapixel cameras featuring a primary snapper, an ultra-wide lens, and a periscope camera with 3x optical zoom.

The OnePlus 15 is expected to run on ColorOS 16 / OxygenOS 16 depending on the market. It will house a 7,000mAh battery with 100W charging and 50W wireless charging support. It is also expected to feature a metal middle frame, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, and an IP68/69-rated body.
