OnePlus is reportedly working on the OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6 series of flagship phones for the Chinese market. While the OP15 may debut with the Snapdragon 8 Elite 2 chip onboard in October, the Ace 6 lineup may debut before the end of this year. The lineup is expected to include two models: the Ace 6 and the Ace 6 Pro. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station released a Weibo post to reveal the key details of one of the Ace 6 series phones.
OnePlus Ace 6 / Ace 6 Pro specifications (rumored)

The above Weibo post suggests that the Ace 6 series phone will feature a 6.83-inch flat OLED panel that supports a 1.5K resolution and a 165Hz refresh rate. For security, it will feature an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor.
Under the hood, the device will feature a Snapdragon 8 series chip. To put it into context, the Ace 6 is expected to feature the Snapdragon 8 Elite, whereas the Ace 6 Pro may arrive with the newer Snapdragon 8 Elite 2.
The Ace 6 series phone’s battery will be larger than its predecessor. To recall, the Ace 5 featured a 6,415mAh battery, whereas the Ace 5 Pro packed a 6,100mAh battery. DCS revealed in a previous leak that one of the Ace 6 series phones will pack a massive 7,800mAh battery.
For durability, it will feature a metal middle frame, but it is yet to be determined whether it will have an IP68 rating.
The Ace 5 Pro remained exclusive to the Chinese market, whereas a modified version of the Ace 5 was released as the OnePlus 13R globally. In the same manner, the Ace 6 Pro may remain confined to the Chinese market, but the OnePlus 15R heading to the global market could be a tweaked version of the Ace 6.
