Realme Pad is finally launching on September 9th

Though the company doesn’t reveal much information pertaining to the slate at the moment, but recent leaks and rumors did offer us a glimpse at the device ahead of it’s actual launch.

Based on what we’d learned so far, the MediaTek Helio G80-powered Realme Pad is expected to be a budget-friendly slate that’s geared towards the lower-end segment of the market, and will hence not be competing against the newly announced Xiaomi Mi Pad 5 series tablets.

It will reportedly be arriving with an overall dimension measuring 246.1 x 155.8 x 6.8 mm. As seen from it’s CAD-based renderings, the tablet is likely to feature a regular-looking design upfront with seemingly equal-sized bezels surrounding it’s 10.4” display.

On the rear side, the Realme Pad dons a Grey-Black color scheme with some form of understated elegance. Around the upper-left corner of it’s back panel, there’s also a single camera that protrudes slightly from the surface. This camera, according to the latest leaked information, is expected to be an 8 megapixels (f/2.8 aperture) imaging sensor.

Interestingly, the upcoming Realme Pad is also reportedly shipped with a dedicated stylus that can be stored within a rounded slot along the right edge (when in landscape) of the tablet.
