Realme X50 Pro 5G Launched in China with 3,599 Yuan Starting Price

At the beginning of the month, Realme had unveiled the Realme X50 Pro 5G phone in India as the country’s first 5G phone fueled by the Snapdragon 865 mobile platform. Today, the Chinese firm held an event in China to announce the Realme X50 Pro 5G. The handset went official with a starting price of 3,599 Yuan.

In China, the Realme X50 Pro 5Gv= has arrived in two variants such as 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage, 8 GB RAM + 256 GB storage and 12 GB RAM + 256 GB storage. They are priced at 3,599 Yuan ($515), 3,899 Yuan ($558) and 4,199 Yuan ($601).

The handset is now up for pre-orders and it will be available for buying starting from March 19 in the home market. It can be bought in colors like Rust Red and Moss Green.

The Realme X50 5G comes with a 6.44-inch S-AMOLED display that supports full HD+ resolution, 20:9 aspect ratio and 90Hz refresh rate. The pill-shaped cutout on the screen has a 32-megapixel Sony IMX616 main selfie camera that is coupled with a 105-degree 8-megapixel ultrawide lens. There is a 64-megapixel Samsung GW1 main lens, a 119-degree 8-megapixel superwide lens, a 12-megapixel telephoto lens and a 2-megapixel depth sensor in its rear-facing quad camera system.

The Snapdragon 865 mobile platform powers the Realme X50 Pro 5G with LPDDR5 RAM. The phone is loaded with Realme UI based Android 10 OS and it comes with UFS 3.0 storage. The phone has a 4,200mAh battery that supports 65W SuperDart rapid charging technology. Its other features like dual SIM support, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.0, dual-band GPS, in-display fingerprint reader and USB-C.
