Redmi Note 9 5G Standard and High Editions’ Specifications Leaked Ahead of Rumored November Launch

Redmi is expected to announce the Redmi Note 9 series for China this month. The Redmi Note 9 series phones that were made available earlier this year were 4G devices. However, the Redmi Note 9 series heading to China has support for 5G connectivity. A tipster has revealed that there will be a Standard and a High version of the Redmi Note 9 for the home market. The tipster has revealed the specs of both smartphones.

The new leak reveals that the Redmi Note 9 5G measures 161.96 x 77.35 x 9.2mm and it weighs 200 grams. It has a 6.53-inch IPS LCD display with a punch-hole cutout at the upper-left corner. The screen supports 1080 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

The Redmi Note 9 5G has a front camera of a 13-megapixel and its rear side has a 48-megapixel triple camera system. The Dimensity 800U chipset is present under the hood of the Redmi Note 9 5G. It has a 5,000mAh battery that supports 22.5W fast charging.

Redmi Note 9 5G High Version

The Redmi Note 9 5G High Edition has 1654 x 76.8 x 9mm and it weighs 214 grams. It has a 6.67-inch top-center positioned punch-hole display. The LCD panel offers an adaptive refresh rate of 120Hz and a touch sampling rate of 240Hz. It also supports a 1080 x 2400 pixels Full HD+ resolution and a 20:9 aspect ratio.

Samsung’s 108-megapixel HM2 lens will make its world premiere in the quad-camera system of the Redmi Note 9 5G High Edition. It has a front camera of 16-megapixel. The handset is powered by Snapdragon 750 chipset and it has a 4,820mAh battery. It carries support for 33W fast charging. It appears that the Redmi Note 9 High Version is a tweaked version of the Mi 10T Lite available in global markets.
