Upcoming Motorola Razr+ spotted in leaked official render

Motorola unveiled the Razr 40 and Razr 40 Ultra foldable phones in multiple markets in July last year. The year 2024 has just started and the rumor mill has started spilling information about the next Razr phone. In a new report, publication MSPowerUser has published a leaked render of the upcoming Razr phone. In addition, the report has shared key details about the phone’s model number and codename.

The above image reveals a new Motorola Razr brand that may launch this year. The publication that the device will succeed the currently available Razr models. The image showcases a foldable display with a centrally positioned punch-hole and a dual-camera system on the back.

The rear shell also seems to have a secondary screen like the Razr 40 series, but it is not visible in the image. The company’s logo and “razr” branding can also be seen towards the bottom. The overall design of the next-generation Razr model is almost identical to the predecessor. While the image shows the device in grey, it may come in some other color options.

The report states that the upcoming phone will have the Razr+ branding and will be available through Verizon Wireless in the US. It will be powered by the Snapdragon chip, but the name of the chip is not known yet. It further reveals that the device is codenamed “Glory” and has the “XT-2453-3” model number. It is advisable to wait for further reports to know more about the device.

The publication has not revealed the launch timeframe of the device. Considering that the previous generation Razr phones will launch by mid-2023, it is likely that the new Razr models may debut around the same time this year.
