Vivo is reportedly working on the Vivo V50 series of smartphones for the global market. The standard model in the series, the Vivo V50, has already appeared on various certification platforms like TDRA (UAE) and NBTC (Thailand). Taiwan’s NCC certification platform now has the device in its database. The listing includes images of the phone and reveals some key specifications. The NCC certification reveals that the Vivo V50 will be available in three color options, such as grey, white, and blue. The phone’s back panel features a dual-camera setup and a ring-LED flash. The overall design of the phone is like that of the Vivo S20, which debuted by the end of December 2024 in China. Likely, the V50 will be a tweaked version of the S20.
The Vivo V50’s NCC certification further reveals that it measures 165 x 75mm and packs a 5,890mAh (rated) battery with a typical value of around 6,000mAh capacity. The handset is also expected to ship with a 90W fast charger.
The Vivo V50 will arrive in two configurations, such as 12GB+256GB and 12G+512GB. It will support connectivity features, such as Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth, NFC, and GPS. While other phone details are unknown, they may be similar to the S20.
