Here’s the list of confirmed smartphone launches for the month of April

Once again, we’d complied the list of confirmed smartphone launches which will occur for the month of April. However, do note that this list only contain smartphones which will be widely available across the global market. Therefore, certain smartphones which are likely to be available only to select few markets will be omitted from this list.

April 9th – Honor Play 4T & 4T Pro

The Honor Play 4T is a brand new smartphone series which will debut on April 9th. This smartphone series will arrive with at least two smartphones including Honor Play 4T and Honor Play 4T Pro. Although these devices have yet to be made official, but their official specs and renders have already been leaked.

Let’s start with the Honor Play 4T. This device will be the most affordable model among the two.

The Honor Play 4T Pro on the other hand, will come with upgraded specs and a revamped front design.

April 13th – OPPO (Reno) Ace 2

Recently, OPPO’s VP Brian Shen has hinted that the OPPO (Reno) Ace 2 could be announced on April 13th. Although it wasn’t officially confirmed, but its likelihood is high.

Courtesy of the device’s TENAA listing, we now know that the device will be sporting a hole-punched display, with a circular camera module on it’s back panel.

April 14th – OnePlus 8 & OnePlus 8 Pro

Needless to say, the upcoming OnePlus 8 will be one of the key highlight of the month. On April 14th, OnePlus is expected to introduce at least two flagship devices including OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro.

As usual, most of the device’s key specifications were leaked way ahead of its unveiling. Even the official renders of the OnePlus 8 and OnePlus 8 Pro had found its way out as well.

April 15th – Honor 30 Series

Honor will announce the company’s latest Honor 30 smartphone series just a day after OnePlus announced their flagship series. According to recent reports, the Honor 30 smartphone series is expected to introduce three devices which include the likes of Honor 30, Honor 30 Pro, as well as Honor 30 Pro+.

Right now, there still isn’t much information pertaining to these devices. However, an official render of the Honor 30/ Honor 30 Pro+ had recently been leaked, revealing that the device will arrive with a powerful 50MP Sony IMX700 camera. It also affirmed that the device will also be equipped with the Camera Matrix system which was popularize by the recent Honor V30 smartphones.
